When we get something wrong, we fix it openly. We do not quietly edit published facts.

How we handle corrections

• Factual errors are corrected as soon as we have confirmed them.
• The article carries a note explaining what was wrong and what changed, with the date.
• Significant corrections are also listed on this page.
• Updates that add new information, rather than fix an error, are marked with an “Updated” date.
